 To ensure your order is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the timeframe being published, You the Customer are agreeing that the information entered is correct. Please ensure you've entered in the correct shipping  info at time of purchase.  In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact  us within 2 hours of when the order was placed.  We will do our best to fulfill your request.  If we are unable to do so, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect  information  that was entered by you The Customer.  Once your order is place you will receive a confirmation of order we ask that you allow  full processing time of 1-2 Business Days before Order is completely Processed and prepared for shipping or local pickup before  inquiring about your order. Business Days does not include Weekends or Holidays. Once orders are dropped off to our carrier  we are no longer responsible for the package. If your order is confirmed delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local Post Office or UPS .. Most order place before 4 P.M. CST will likely go out the same day for shipping and will most likely be eligible for same day pickup. But we still have a process time of 1-2 Business Days..  All Orders that are for Local Pickup Has to Be Pickup from the Boutique at 69 Sharp Lane. Mask are require when picking up order. PICKUP DAYS ARE Tuesday 2-6 PM, THURS. 2-6 PM and Friday from 10-2 PM. if you need it the same day please leave details in note section on checkout. There will be  ABSOUTELY NO MEET  UP or DELIVERY If You Know You Can Not Come To The Boutique To Pick Up Your Order Please Choose Shipping to have your Items to be Ship and Deliver to You...We will only hold orders For Only 3 days for pickup which is the pick-up days Tuesday, Thursday and Friday after 3rd pickup day you miss we will send invoice for shipping if invoice is not paid within 24 hrs of invoice your  order will be cancel and a 10% Restock Fee will be deducted from your refund all Refunds will be return to the method of payment on file .

Please be advise All shipping and billing must match or order can be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we feel that is fraudulent.
