What method of payments are accepted?

All Major credit/debit cards are accepted as well as PayPal, Amazon Pay, ShopPay, Afterpay  and Sezzle

How is the Products Shipped?

USPS is the primary shipping method. Each shipment comes with a tracking number that is emailed to you once the order has been fulfilled and ship.

How long will it take to process my purchase?

In most cases, Domestic orders are fulfilled and process and ship within 2 Business Days .However, during Weekends and Holidays please allow 3-5 Business Days for orders to be processed.

What if I have additional Questions or Concerns about my order?

Q: How much is shipping? 
A: Standard 3-5 Day Shipping is $8.75

Over Night Express Shipping is base on weight prices varies between $25-Up

Occasionally we have Free Shipping Promotions within the U.S.A. Continental 

Q: How long does it take to ship? 
A: Orders are received and processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4PM CST will be processed the next business day. We use USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground shipping.  Shipping can take between 1-3 business days depending on weight and location of delivery. Please note: Due to increased traffic during sales and holidays, orders may take longer to process. 

Q: Do you Offer Local Pickup and When will my order be ready if I selected in-store pick up? 
A: Pickup is available only to Local Vicksburg, Ms and Surrounding Areas . All Local Pickup Orders is Only available for Pickup on Tuesday 2-6 PM, Thursday 2-6 PM and Friday from 10-2 PM.  CST. You will receive Notification  by Email or Text Message !! 

IF LOCAL PICK UP DATE/TIME IS MISSED MORE THAN THREE TIMES YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING A INVOICE WILL BE SENT TO EMAIL ON FILE IF INVOICE IS NOT PAID WITHIN 24HR OF INVOICE SENT YOU WILL BE REFUNDED AND A 10% RESTOCK FEE WILL APPLY

Q: I haven't received my order. Where is it? 
A: If in store pick-up was selected as the shipping method, your order is at our Vicksburg MS location.  If shipping was selected, an email with the tracking information was sent that can provide the current location of the package.  

Q: My tracking information says my package was delivered, but it is not here. Where is my package? 
A: Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hand of the carrier (USPS or UPS). Please contact the carrier with your tracking number directly. If USPS is the carrier, contact the local post office.
