Return/ Exchange Policy


We stand by ALL of the products that we sell and we Quality Control all Items before sent out.

Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us, however All sales on custom printed t-shirts, jewelry, undergarments, swimsuits, and clearance and/ or sales items are FINAL.

Let Me Soar Boutique  unfortunately doesn't offer refunds.  Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There will be no refund issued. Please know your size prior to ordering.

However we will accept exchanges only of defective items.

We do not do refunds or exchanges for another item. However , if you may have purchased an item that is too big or small , we will exchange for size of the same style only. No Exceptions if you are unsure about an item please contact us before making a purchase so we can answer any questions referring to the item this help us help you make the choice to the best of our ability  in selecting the right size and fit. But will be your responsibility to make the right decision for yourself.

All returns must be postmarked within 3 Business days after receipt. Returns sent back after the 3 day allowance will be returned to you and your return will not be honored and considered a final sale. A valid RA #(RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) Is required for items to be returned by mail . All returns must be requested by email ( info-letmesoar@mail.com) within 3 days of receiving your item.( Any items shipped without an email or outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be credited). Once we receive your original merchandise  a store credit will be issued only if the Merchandise is returned in it's original,  unworn, unwashed,  undamaged condition  with original tags attached. No Exceptions 

Return items must be unworn, undamaged  condition,unwashed. All original tags must be still attached. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged,worn,soiled,and without clothing tags. Items must be in condition suitable for resale. No Exceptions!! We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke. 

Let Me Soar diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore,  damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke and fragrances,  and in the event that the item does not match the original conditions, the buyer will not receive a store credit.  

Store credit only cover price and tax . Shipping fees are non refundable. 

In the case that you order an item that is ill-fitting, we will offer an exchange of the same item in a different size if item is sold out or no longer in stock we will issue a store credit minus shipping charge.

Keep in mind when exchanging any items, the customer will be responsible for the Shipping charges when sending items back.

 We are not responsible  for delays in shipping due to unforeseen factors such as i.e., weather, holidays etc.. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact Customer Service Immediately.
